Refund Policy

At 360 Elevate, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our work, the following refund terms apply:

1. Service-Based Work

All payments for services (including audits, optimization, and consulting) are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. One-Time Services (Starter Package)

  • If the service has not yet started, a refund may be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Once delivery has begun, no refunds will be issued.

3. Monthly Services (Growth & Pro Packages)

  • Minimum commitment period applies (e.g., 3 months)
  • Payments made for ongoing work are non-refundable
  • Cancellation must be requested before the next billing cycle

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in rare cases where:

  • Service has not been delivered as agreed
  • Technical or billing errors occur

5. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
